Today is the end of the first two months since I quitted my daily job at Next Co., Ltd. During this two months, I and my team (2 other developers and 1 designer) have

• built the prototype and now beta version of interview practice iOS app called Presentice
• interviewed dozens of potential users while showing the prototype
• negotiated and partnered with a handful of companies
• received mentoring from a well-known incubator as well as many indie developers

We already started quick iterations of KAIZEN and from now we are accelerating the process. I will blog about how we used every resource to build a product within two months without related programming experience.
